
Bengüsu, who has a master's degree in engineering and psychology at Sabancı University and a master's degree in social data science at Columbia University, is the co-founder and director of AI Safety Turkey. He conducts research on advanced artificial intelligence management and policy at the Brussels-based research institution called Center for Future Generations. His areas of interest are international coordination in advanced artificial intelligence management, artificial intelligence security standards, and security policies based on the semiconductor industry.

Berke, a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Philosophy, is the co-founder and director of AI Safety Turkey. Berke, who is the director of the development program at the Global Policy Research Group, has other areas of interest in artificial intelligence policies and decision theory in developing countries.

Alparslan, a senior student at the Department of Philosophy at Bilkent University, is primarily interested in researching global priorities and risks of pain (s-risks). It focuses on conflict scenarios that may arise from the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence systems and the philosophical aspects of cooperative artificial intelligence.

Devrim, a graduate of the Department of Sociology at Middle East Technical University, works as a Communication Specialist at AI Safety Turkey and the think-tank named Global Policy Research Group. Working as a Customer Experience Specialist at Vodafone Business Turkey, Devrim's areas of interest are existential risk analysis of artificial intelligence and compatibility problems.
